Delaware County One Stop Shop | County Records

Delaware, Ohio

This project consisted of renovating a 33,000 SF existing retail space. The space was converted into the Delaware County One Stop Complex. It houses offices and storage for the Board of Elections, customer service areas for driver license examination stations, the Deputy Registrar License Agency and Clerk of Courts title offices. Also, veteran’s services and future ‘flex’ spaces are included. The existing building’s HVAC system consists of four single zone gas fired rooftop units with DX cooling but no economizer. Two of the units were non-serviceable and subsequently replaced, while the remaining two units were serviceable. A generator was added to provide emergency power and standby electrical power. This building was divided into multiple functional areas with varying occupancies. The lighting was obsolete and inadequate for the new use, so we replaced all lighting systems. A transfer switch and a remote annunciator were also added.
