Courtney Van Ostran is Tec Inc. Engineering & Design's Director of Marketing & Business Development overseeing the firm's proposals, client interaction, and online presence, including leading the marketing department, Courtney also plays a large role in our firm's business development plans and activities.

As a Fellow of SMPS and actively involved in the Society both locally and nationally. Courtney leads the business development efforts while assisting technical staff with client relationships and mentoring others. She openly shares knowledge about the ever-changing and growing industry with associates and colleagues.
