This project entailed taking an existing 80,000 SF warehouse/office space and renovating it into a hazardous processing and materials storage area. The office area was moved and re-designed to a new area of the building. Tec designed new HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting and site utilities including a new electrical service to the building. Dust-proof lighting was incorporated throughout the processing area, and explosion-proof fixtures were used in hazardous areas. Specialized ventilation was designed for the hazardous areas.
