North Point Tower, a mixed use office building located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio was purchased by its new owner in 2007 while a design-build HVAC system replacement project was underway. As the project was reaching its conclusion, the owner became concerned and enlisted Tec Inc. to provide analysis and expertise.
