This Multiple Prime delivery method project renovated approximately 11,000 assignable sq. ft. of laboratory and office space on the Ninth Floor of the Biological Sciences Building (essentially the entire floor), and approximately 9,350 gross square feet of laboratory and office space on the Fifth Floor of the Biological Sciences Building. Some walls were reconfigured, and the restrooms were renovated to ADA standards. The project renovated eight research and fourteen support laboratories.
