Tec Inc. provided engineering and design services for the Crime Lab’s state-of-theart
facility. Because this facility houses drug, toxicology, and chemistry labs, a DNA
testing lab, document and fingerprint processing spaces, evidence and trace evidence
rooms, digital evidence examination, firearms testing and range, vehicle processing,
as well as offices and support areas, Tec’s earliest involvement included meetings
with staff to ensure the operating parameters were being met in the design.
