Jacob Krauss
Mechanical Engineer
Jacob is a member of Tec Inc. Engineering & Design’s mechanical engineering team. He joined Tec after meeting the team at The Ohio State University’s career fair, where he was drawn to Tec’s work in the AEC industry and collaborative culture.

Jacob graduated from The Ohio State University with a background in Biological Engineering. He was drawn to this field by his interest in understanding how biological systems work in harmony and how those principles can be applied to technology to improve human life. At Tec, Jacob brings that systems-based mindset to his work on mechanical and MEP projects.

Outside of work, Jacob is passionate about music and spends his free time playing in a band. As he continues his career at Tec, he looks forward to growing as an MEP engineer and hopes to mentor future engineers along the way.
