Tec provided MEP engineering and lighting and technology design for the modernization of the Gannon University’s Carneval Athletic Pavilion. Design considerations included energy efficiency and low maintenance HVAC equipment for this large open structure, and ensuring the proper amounts of electricity to accommodate equipment and technology now and in the future. In addition, special consideration was given to minimize disruption to neighboring spaces that are also powered by the electrical distribution to the athletic pavilion.
