Bravo is a casual Italian family eatery designed to look like a courtyard in old Italy. Brio Tuscan Grille is an upscale restaurant chain featuring authentic northern Italian food. The two chains are owned by the same parent company. Both restaurant brands have similar designs relative to the engineering infrastructure. A unique feature of Brio in Las Vegas is the Roman Coloseum enclosing the private dining room. The Coloseum incorporates color-changing LED’s in the structure and color-changing spot lights mounted at the base. Tec Inc. provides the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for multiple locations throughout the United States. The HVAC includes packaged rooftop equipment and a complete domestic kitchen exhaust system with type 1 and type 2 exhaust hoods utilizing make-up air.
