The project encompasses an 88,409 square foot, 108 unit, 10 story, renovation of an existing Senior Apartment High Rise. TEC provided electrical engineering new feeds for modernized elevators (x2), cab lighting and controllers, new Fire Pump Service, new lighting under East and West canopies., Exit and Emergency Lighting, and Solar panel interconnection into electrical system. This project also included full renovation of six apartment units to accessible Type A units including

new walls, interior doors, bathrooms, fixtures, kitchens, and appliances. This project required OHFA documentation.

Mechanical engineering included design for an expanded ground floor laundry room ventilation, adjustment to the existing toilet room exhaust fan, new HVAC system in the hallways and a dedicated cooling unit in the elevator room.
