The Heritage Crossing Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility is a new 79,379 SF sq. ft. two-story structure on a green site. The community focuses on hospitality rather than sterile institutional settings to create an inviting residential design embodying the values of the Akron community with architectural features including barn doors, a gambrel roof, and wrought iron light fixtures. Tec provided MEP engineering and technology design.
