A complete renovation of and rebrand of the Radisson Hotel Cleveland Gateway converted it to a Indigo Hotel was commissioned in 2019. The existing hotel comprised of an 8‐story main building built in 1998 and a 6‐story building of indeterminate age. The property had 142 guestrooms and suites. The hotel property located near the heart of downtown, the Cleveland Browns stadium, Quicken Loans Arena, and Lake Erie required substantial updates. The hotel shares the outdoor courtyard, Meeting Rooms and the basement with the a church which require changes in access and updates to the exterior. Property amenities upgraded include Meeting Rooms, a full‐service restaurant and bar and a Fitness Center. Tec provided mechanical, electrical, lighting and technology services for the complete renovation of this project.
