Lake County sought to improve and expand their facilities in 2016, after a few renovations and assessments the County determined that a new bulding shouls be constructed. The new Administration Building is five stories with each floor totaling approximately 11,000 sq. ft. New central mechanical and electrical rooms are located at the basement level. Tec’s services included the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and lighting design for both the renovation of the Nolan Building and construction of the new Administration Building.
