Mastertech Diamond Products primarily focuses on manufacturing and selling cutting tools used on rigid materials. They found a need to expand their manufacturing and office space due to higher demand of products. The owners wanted the new space to incorporate a main manufacturing area as well as a smaller office area. Tec completed demolition drawings for the purchased building, allowing for fresh construction of the interior spaces. Tec also completed the full MEP design for the renovation. The owner’s wife was involved in the interior design of the office space. The lighting was important to her. Coordinating with the architect, we selected a fixture that was durable and modern, meeting the needs of the space and design intent of the space.
