Tec Inc. as a consultant to HFP/Ambuske Architects completed the engineering design for a space totaling 23,000 SF in the Alzheimer laboratories on the 6th floor and the Center for Transitional Neuroscience on the 7th floor of the Robbins Building. Tec’s mechanical engineers completed the modifications to the HVAC systems to accommodate the renovations to the existing spaces, as well as plumbing modifications for the new case work, including water, compressed air and vacuum piping required within the laboratory spaces. The electrical design included lighting and technology improvements.
