The Village of St. Edwards Senior Living Campus is a new 130,000 sq. ft. multi-story structure on a green site. When complete, the campus will offer 50 independent living apartments, 48 assisted living units, and 28 memory care rooms. Tec provided MEP engineering and technology and fire protection design services from our Columbus office under a design, bid, build delivery model.
