Completed the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Services for the preparation of construction documents for a six-story mid-rise condominium project in Lake County, Ohio. In this gated community, the project scope involved two separate structures each with 24 condominium units overlooking the lake. Tec completed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical design for each of the suite types. The project also included a fully concealed and heated parking garage under the building for resident parking. Tec coordinated the site utilities and brought utility services into the building. Water service for the Fire Suppression System including the design of a fire pump was within our scope of service. Coordination of incoming Telephone, Cable and Internet services were also part of the services provided.
