Rockport Square is a live/work community on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. The entire project was new construction. Tec Inc. provided initial engineering services for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as lighting design service.

Phase 1A consisted of residential condominiums. The building has a total of 12 units in 4 different configurations. These units are 4-story and are 2000 to 2400 square feet per unit.

Phase 1B consists of 3 residential condominium units and a 5-story loft building that includes underground parking, ground floor retail spaces and 2nd through 5th floor residential loft type condominium units.
