This project addressed the modifications to the heating plant, chilled water plant and the installation of a new DDC building automation system in building 630. These systems serve 202,000 SF, nearly half the Ackerman Road Complex. Future changes in use and increased occupant density in portions of buildings 600, 610 and 630 required that these systems be upgraded and modified. Some spaces had been used as book storage and were converted to high-density office space.
