The entire project was new construction. Tec Inc. provided engineering services for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as lighting design service.

The Hamlets consist of single-family and two-family residences. All units consisted of a basement and two floors. Single-family units were ~2,270 square feet and the two-family units were a total of ~4,375 square feet.
