Tec, Inc. completed mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for the adaptive re-use of the 2-story Gospel Press Building located in the Ohio City neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. The 4,480 square foot building was gutted and re-purposed as an 11 unit multi-family dwelling type R2 with a common corridor and elevator.  Tec provided HVAC design for split systems in the residential units with condensing units located on the roof.  Individual water tanks were installed in each unit.  The design accommodated common metering and electrical, water and gas services.  Our services included an initial assessment of the existing MEP services which was then used to determine the optimal MEP design for the redevelopment.
