The entire project was new construction. Tec Inc. provided engineering services for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as lighting design service. Westhampton consists of a total of 42 units. There are 5 unit types with minor variations to each of the units. Estate units were configured with 2 floors and 3 varations, while the City Loft, Manor & Town Home units were configured with 3 floors and up to 7 variations.
