This upscale enclosed mall in Woodmere has undergone a complete renovation and major expansion. The enclosed mall area has been reduced while many higher end retailers have been incorporated into the drive to shopping center additions. Tec Inc completed several of the tenant spaces as well as completing the mall common area renovations. New corridor and concourse illumination provided along with appropriate lighting controls were installed. Skylights were added to introduce natural illumination. The HVAC and Fire Protection systems were redesigned as ceilings were raised, eliminated or otherwise changed. The result is a modern, energy efficient design compatible with the architecture and caliber of stores.
