This project encompassed a multi-level building with renovation and additions of the existing car dealership

The Marhofer Hyundai of Green car dealership included a new 10,000 sq foot showroom, twelve garage maintenance bays, offices and lobby spaces designed to enhance the car buying experience. As a design-build type project, this dealership needed a service garage expansion to the existing service garage. Lower levels were renovated to an administration area and the sales/ restrooms areas were also renovated.

The building was designed using the Hyundai approved standards to showcase new vehicles. Point exhaust systems were used in the maintenance garage and featured specialized showroom lighting in the lobby.
