Tec Inc. completed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology engineering for the a new construction 87,000 sq. ft., 104 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Concord, Ohio with Geropsych and Rehabilitation wings for Lake Health System. This project was completed ahead of schedule. The facility includes a 72 bed Skilled Nursing unit, a 20 bed behavioral health unit, and a 12 bed rehabilitation unit. The behavioral and rehabilitation units were designed in coordination with Lake West Medical Center, who operates the units. The facility was designed to closely resemble the newest facility in Green, Ohio but variation was required to accommodate the rehabilitation and behavioral units. The floor plan was mirrored to better accommodate the site and provide optimal bedroom views.
