Five abandoned multi-story residential buildings are being transformed into 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units to create 114 senior living apartments. An existing Community Center is also being renovated as part of the scope of services. Tec provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering to complete the renovations.
