We are proud to celebrate several leadership advancements at Tec Inc. Engineering & Design that reflect Tec Inc.’s commitment to growing intentionally, by empowering our team, serving our clients with care, and creating a culture where meaningful work and professional growth go hand in hand.

Steve Bohn and Mike Ferrante, P.E. have been promoted to Senior Associate, marking their increased ownership, leadership within the firm, and long-standing contributions to Tec. Their experience and commitment continue to shape our culture, projects, and client relationships.

In addition, Dom Mascia, P.E., Drew Robinson, P.E., and Alex Schrag, P.E. have been named Associates, titles earned through dedication to engineering excellence and the positive impact they have had leading staff and projects from our Columbus office. Their professional advancement reflects both their technical skills, management growth, and the trust they’ve earned both with clients and within the organization.

This year also marks an exciting milestone as Dom, Drew, Alex, and Courtney Van Ostran, FSMPS, CPSM, became Shareholders of the firm. Shareholder status is an important step in professional growth at Tec, reflecting a deeper level of commitment, leadership, and investment in the long-term success of the company.
