Local Engineering Firm Tec Inc. Engineering & Design Ranks on National Design and Construction List

Tec Inc. Engineering & Design, a Eastlake-based electrical, mechanical, plumbing and technology design firm, recently ranked #74 on Building Design+Construction (BD+C) Magazine’s national Top 75 Engineering Giants Survey #22 for for student living multi-family facilities. This is the first time Tec Inc. Engineering & Design ranked on the survey.

The firm also ranked #23 on BD+C’s 2020 Multi-family Senior Living Facilities , #25 on Cultural Facilities; Libraries Facilities, #30 on the Healthcare Outpatient, and #35 on the Healthcare Medical Office Building facilities. These rankings are as reported in BD+C 2020 Giants 400 Report and examine and rank architecture and engineering firms of all sizes from across the nation to honor key players in the design and construction industry. The rankings are based on 2019 firm revenue.
